Paint if desired (quick coat from a rattle can will do it) and there you have the brackets. Now you will need 2 x 8mm bolts about 50mm long and 4 x 1

Place newly fabricated bracket in a vice and bend the 35mm exposed back plate backwards about 30 degree, repeat with second bracket.
