Sqeaky passenger rear wheel after disc and rotor change

Recently started hearing an annoying sqeak/squeel from passenger side rear wheel. These were new discs and rotors from Atlantic British.

Touch the brake petal and it would stop. Also recognized it started when making righthand turns. Not driving straight or making left turns.

Took off tire and checked disc wear and placement, all looked fine. Also removed rotor and checked parking brake shoes, sprayed everything with brake cleaner. Noise gone for a day or so, then started up again.

Any idea what the noise is coming from other than brakes? Is this a caliper problem? Bad disc quality?

Any suggestions would be appreciated, annoying problem persists.

I took off the wheel and brake caliper and closely examined the pads. One of the brake pad clips on outside pad was not properly centered, not touching rotor but close. I guess any kind of lean on suspension during a right turn, started it complaining. Removed and reset each pad and noise seems to be taken care of. Also put back on the low pad sensor.

It's back... right turn or right curve, starts to squeak. stops when straightened out. I did put wear indicator back on disc, but discs not worn down. I did see what looked like a flaw in one of the discs, like a hairline blemish on it's surface. Will replace that disc with one I removed and see what turns up.

I've attached the section from the manual on brake pad removal as an FYI though I'm sure you know what you're doing, I don't think a scratch on the disc would cause squealing. You might try an old school trick, put a bit of permatex or gasket sealer on the back of the brake pads where they contact the caliper and piston, push the pedal a couple of times and give it a minute to cure. That may keep them from vibrating against the disc which is likely what's happening.

Mine does this. It's the parking brake shoes lightly dragging on the inside of the rear rotors. You can adjust the parking brake and it will probably fix the issue.

Thanks! I did tweek the parking brake adjustment a bit, will try again. I also saw that the there were pad backing sleeves on each pad that originally were adhered but now loose. I'll give that gasket sealer a try!
