I think the center is 72.6mm. I'd probably mirror the backspacing on the compomotive 18" wheels. They are 44 offset iirc. The main thing will be to make sure they clear the calipers. I'd love to know more about what you are getting done. Sounds like it could be a great option!

Why are you custom ordering set of steel wheels?
Terrafirma, and Tuffant make a set already. Lucky8 and Atlantic British carry the Terrafirma's, you will have to order the Tuffant's from Australia, but with the conversion rate you may make out.

I am talking with Rotiform who makes most wheels for big name US brands. They claim that they will make size/mount/offset. They would be aluminum and not my original thought of steel. if they do it and at a fair market price then it will open up a world of potential for the Discovery 3/4 owners out there. I will try to get 18x8 so i can fit decent ATs on the LR. I will keep everyone updated and add pics if this works out.

the truth is i will go with one of those options if i have to. but Compomotives look like mustang wheels IMHO. And the others you mention just look really dated. I am trying to open the door to many more options by working with the manufacturer to see if they recognize the market potential in an underserved community of LR3 / LR4 owners.

Nice, pay close attention to caliper clearance. The shape of the inside of the wheels will be important. An option other than compo would be awesome. I'm not a real fan of their design, looks and the price is nuts for what they are.

Well they are cheap compared to my quote from Rotiform. My quote came in at 725 per wheel. I have one othe mfg to check with but they aren’t as Euro centric as Rotiform

In addition to everything mentioned above... don't forget to ask about the load rating if using non-stock wheels. The LR4 ain't light.
