Recently purchased a 2010 LR4. The truck came with the factory driving lights mounted on the bumper. They work as expected, but after I pulled off the covers, I found both lenses cracked.

Does anyone know where I can find / what I should be looking for replacement lenses / size? Is it a PIAA lens or something else? I tried the LR dealer direct, but there "solution" was to give me the complete kit part number (VPLAV00149) as only option for replacement, as "they cannot be replaced individually" - $850 + install. :( I don't need everything, just lenses!!!

If not possible, I guess the next question would be whether anyone has a suggestion on reasonably priced replacements that I could splice into the factory kit. Thanks all!

I assume you are talking about the fog lights. They are a common size if you really want to replace them. I'd just live with them as I never use mine anyway.

I'm actually referring to the driving lights mounted on the bumper. They come on with the high beams (not the actual fogs down low).

Here's my Landy, and I'm referring to the lights that are under the black covers. Sorry, as I don't have a picture up close currently.

Anyone know if it's a 5 or 6 inch lens?

And thanks, but caulk won't help in this application.

I would call PIAA directly.

If I were to have to replace my spot lights (I have your car's twin) I would want a light set up that fit over the original footprint so that there would be no remnants of the original installation.

I've looked for clear plastic lenses that fit over the lamps but have had trouble finding any. I never run with the black caps on, after using these spots to light up the road or flash an oncoming driver it's tough to go back to a car that doesn't have them.

Thanks everyone. Guess I'll try PIAA direct. Here's a picture:

Doesn't seem that it should be this difficult! Ha

What is everyone else running for lights?

I would think contacting PIAA would be your best bet.

I installed PIAA LED fog lights...they are marginally better than the factory units, but any light that is inset that far into the bumper is not going to be as effective as something sitting on top or out proud of the bumper.
