So, this is probably stupid and easy to find, but I'm exhausted. What's the replacement bulb for the main headlight? '13 hse lux, if that even matters.

I assume you have halogens and not the xenon bulbs?

If so, the best is to modify a Phillips H9 to fit the stock H11 housing.

I have read good things about the H11 +100 Philips Xtreme Vision bulbs too, but never used them. That would be the easiest.

Myself, I went the modified H9 route for a few years until I picked up a set of the stock xenon headlight housings.

If you have the xenon bulbs, the Phillips D3S bulbs from HIDBulbsRUs.com is the way to go.

I went with H11 LED bulbs. Get them in a 6500K temperature and no one will know they’re not xenons.

I'm pretty sure I have the xenon bulbs? It turned a pink/purple color, then went out. That was a new one for me, since I've never seen that happen.

Then go with the Phillips bulbs at the website I posted above.

To be certain, pull your headlight housings and see if they have a ballast on the bottom. If they do, you have xenons. If they don't, you have halogens. In that case, the bulbs I posed above or maybe the Supernova V.4 LED bulbs are best absent swapping to the xenon housings.

This is probably true if you want to look like you have xenons, but the LED bulbs aren't yet as bright as Xenon bulbs in projector housings, so true xenons are still functionally superior.

Thanks y’all!

Make sure you order two and replace them both.

Incidentally, HIDBulbsRUs.com has these bulbs for stupid-cheap compared to other places on the internet. From what I've read, though, they are legit and not fakes. I've used my Phillips D3S bulbs from them since around mid-summer with no issues so far.

This is what you are after - there are a lot of fakes out there (they will work, but may not last or project 100% the same light), so buy from a reputable source if possible:
