PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Hello there.

I’ve got an gear box problem on my LR3 2006 model: when I start driving from 0km/h, the car moves VERY slowly until it reaches about 2500 rPm, then it kicks inn and starts to drive normally. It happened once before- about 7months ago. But at that time it was just enough to switch off the engine, take off the carkeys, put the car keys back again and start the engine, and the problem was gone. But yesterday it happened again, taking the car key from ignition didn’t help either. Did the car diagnostic, and a bunch of fault codes appeared:

276DT- TDV6 – 2,7l - P0405(Exhaust Gas Recirculation sensor A circuit low),

276DT- TDV6 – 2,7l - P0404(Exhaust Gas Recirculation control circuit range/performance),

ATCM-DYNAMIC RESPONSE MODULE - U0403(invalid data receivet from transfer case control module)

ATCM-TERRAIN CONTROL MODULE - U0416(invalid data receivet from vehicle dynamics control module)

BODY-DIAGNOSE - B1C57(unused relay drive),

BODY-DIAGNOSE - B1B02(Low frequency coil),

GEAR BOX - U0155(CAN:comunication fault with IC (instrument cluster)),

BODY-DIAGNOSE - B1D12(Volumetric alarm power circuit)

INSTRUMENT DIAGNOSE - U0132(lost communication with ride level control module)

TRANSFER CASE DIAGNOSE - U0122(lost communication with vehicle dynamics control module)

Wright after I purchased my LR3 (February this year) I did change new rear air suspension, new air compressor incl. new relei, new air tank, new front and rear top and bottom wishbone suspension arms, front and rear anti roll bar links incl. anti roll bar mounting bushings rear and front, rear suspension knuckle lower and upper bushings, rear suspension stabilizer spindle rods, newinner track rods and new rod ends, but I didn’t do no calibration after, and I didn’t change neither transmission filter or transmission oil (according logbook, it has been changed at 98000km, and now my LR3 shows 155000km.
Can it be because that transmission oil hasn’t been changed, can it be because it might be not enough oil in transfer box, can it be because one of the CAN cables might have shortcut…?

PLEASE, HELP- HELP- HELP!!!!!!

You have EGR faults. While I can't say for sure, but your drivability problems sound familiar to others I have read about with the diesel with EGR problems. Basically sluggish performance until the turbo kicks in. Other possibility is split intercooler hose or blocked intercooler. You should check out the forums on www.disco3.co.uk as they are more familiar with diesel engine problems (it wasn't offered in North America).

Do you think it will be enough just to reprogram(close) EGR, or do I need to do it manually, and only then reprogram it?
