I just had the rear rotors and pads replaced on my 2011 Range Rover. They squeal only in reverse. This is the second set of pads and rotors the mechanic has tried. Any ideas?

What kind of brakes and rotors did the mechanic install? Factory or aftermarket, did he add any anti squeal pads? (this goes on the back of the pad to prevent vibrations which causes squealing.
