LR4 rear entertainment system not working

Hello, looking for assistance regarding my rear entertainment system not working. There is No Rear Media showing on the main touch screen when clicking on Audio/ Video, though both rear screens turn on separately.

What model year LR4. Is this a recent issue, meaning "Rear Media" used to be an available option before but now that button is gone from the front touchscreen menus? And what do you mean that both rear screens turn on "separately"? They should turn on briefly together along with the ignition snd then turn off - if you have the factory inatalled RSE system. You do have the factory system, right? Some aftermarket or dealer installed systems can look awfully similar.
