Does replacing rotors require any diagnostic/calibration?

Having my rotors, brake pads, front air struts, and a CV Axle replaced on my 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged, I have read I need a diagnostic tool but have not been able to confirm yet. Anyone have some information? Thanks in advance

You shouldn't need the tool for those items that I am aware of.
