Both fobs there and work and proximity works just fine. As far as brakes they work. We rolled it off the trailer and the stopped the vehicle. It that the pressure you’re referencing? I left town today until Sat and will try that relay trick Sunday.

As long as you can build and hold pressure in the brake lines, you should be okay- you shouldn't be able to push the pedal to the floor.
The relay jump trick will be very telling. The starter motor isn't that hard to replace, so pray for a bad starter motor. But if it is a bad starter motor, make sure the engine isn't seized...

FYI there is an error code that would pop up if the starter motor circuit is open.

I’ll be back home tonight. Tomorrow I’ll try the starter relay trick. Fingers crossed but most likely I’ll be ahead of the game in the end. I also purchased the scanner from Lucky 8 and it arrived while I was on vacation. As I have another vehicle and likely will purchase again I’ll just keep the scanner.

I has 124,000 miles on it.

I’ll keep you all posted for sure.

Travair - see my posts below from a year or so ago....sounds like a very similar problem - unfortunately, after my last post a year ago, everything went fine until this past January, then it reared its ugly head again......vehicle was at the end of my lease so i gave it back....too bad, I loved that truck......

BP. Would your LR not even turn over with a bad fuel pump? I’d imagine I can pull injector or even check fuel rail pressure with new scanner tool and know if that’s the issue? I appreciate all input and hopefully tomorrow I’ll have some info. Also hope the battery has full charge after being gone for a week. That’ll be something else if it’s drained after just one week sitting. Speaking of hopefully me Rover starts tonight too! Haha

I tried the wire across the relay and nada. I’ve figured out a few things with Gap IID like brake switches work. I see so much in the app I don’t know where to start. I’ve spent a little time reading but have to read more. Had I known it was 100’s of pages I would’ve read on the plane for 6.5hrs yesterday. Haha.

Well I’m thinking worst case scenario here. No oil in the thing. I believe a quart maybe came out. It’s pretty black. I do not have a socket big enough to try and turn over at the crank. After closer inspection the belt is not on all the pulleys and there wasn't even an oil filter. The clamps holding the air intakes were lose so I was able to just pull right off to get to oil filter housing. I'll have to see where to go from here.

Doesn’t sound good. I’d invest the $10 in a socket to fit the crank and a long breaker bar to see if you can get it to spin.

Is there water in the coolant reservoir?

My buddy that’s a mechanic is headed over with his service truck. We are going to see if it will. All other fluids appear to be full and fine and I check coolant first. Oil was black and no water. Maybe a rebuild vs a new or reman motor. I’m seeing $8,000-11,000 or so various places online.
