Black Bag inside rear seat

Hi forum quick question, I opened the back of the rear seat and discover a long black bag rolled up inside the right where middle seat is located... what is this for? Thanks in advance

Typically that is for skis or other long items that are transported in the rear load area and would need to be passed through the middle up into the second row of seats.
