The Landmark I own is due for brakes soon and curious to know if there is an off the shelf "Brembo Kit" for all four corners or if the Range Rover Sport set up could be installed without issue on the LR4.

While this is mostly aesthetic I have never been a fan of the pedal feel either and I am hoping this would improve the looks and braking.

If anyone on here has any experience or opinion on this please share. Thank you.

Have you had the full OEM setup? For the kind of vehicle it is, I think brake pedal feel is quite good. Also, make sure your brakes are bled. That will impact brake feel.

From everything I've ever read in the forum or seen in the how-to videos, the brake systems/parts are identical between the corresponding model years of the RR Sport, LR3, and LR4.

I am confused. Full OEM LR4 setup or a full Brembo set up? I have always felt that given the heft and weight of the LR4 and pedal feel the brakes could be beefed up a bit. In addition I am not a fan of the standard caliper or the way everything rusts out and looks after a few thousand miles. I know this isn't a show car but when cleaned up I like it to look the part of a land yacht.

i have a 2011 SC which has the brembos and they too rust and discolor like crazy - embarrassing for a 100k car.

On the L322 or L405 the hats discolored but nothing more than that. I have not had rust on other vehicles I have owned with the Brembo set up and certainly not the case on CCB Brembo. For the most part the calipers looked like they did from day one.

As you know, I like to keep my LR4 clean as well. I never gave the calipers much thought until you mentioned it. They can be painted, right?

indeed you do; always looks sharp.

i was thinking while i am doing all four corners may as well see what else is out there and if there are any improvements/upgrades versus what i've had this entire time. powder coating the rotor hats and calipers would be the same labor time as swapping lines and new calipers but probably less cost overall and paint is the last resort. matte black or matte silver.
