So I just got the NaviPlus package in and spent a good 5 hours working on installing it. Contacted NaviPlus multiple times but they were little help over email. Really wish they just had a YouTube step by step.

The PDF instructions were spotty as well.

My LR4 is currently in my garage with it's entire center interior pulled apart for the install and I can't get the dam NaviPlus to work.

I can get my radio back but no video at all. But I cannot use my Android auto or any feature from NaviTool.

Hoping that I can either just get my stock setup back and figure out what to do next or get a local shop to help install it the rest of the way.

I've been running the NaviPlus system for over a year now in my 2015 HSE Lux. I don't have any regrets with the system, and have found it to be a massive upgrade over the stock media experience. I purchased the wireless option ($100 extra) and for the first ~6 months it didn't work, but Naviplus provided me with an update that's resolved it and it's been completely reliable. I have an iPhone 12 and in my LR4, I've attached a MagSafe charger to a ProClip mount and the overall experience is great -- my phone automatically connects to the CarPlay, and I simply need to press it to the charger and it stays in place and charges.

You get to retain all the factory UX (4x4 screen, audio settings etc), it simply replaces the "Nav" option. It's great to use Google Maps to navigate on the road and Gaia for off-road trails. Unfortunately if you want to retain steering wheel controls there's another $100 option -- this wasn't available when I bought mine, so I don't know how well it works.

for some reason, when I plug in the phone, I have to switch between aux and bluetooth every single time.
