Dub wheels for me. Love them as my summer rims. Use black factory rims for the winter

I thought I read something about the oem wheels having a special internal bead that’s designed to let you air it down and keep the tire on. This would be what I’d want in the fun of Midwest winter. Especially since the potholes and curbs are invisible and many in winter.
All wheels have an internal bead, though LR rims are more extreme than most.

For winter wheels I wouldn’t worry about OEM Bimmer wheels as they’re good quality. Aftermarket or wheeling hard is a different story.

Don’t let jwest know, he’ll have a fit and tell us all how @&$&€% stupid we are for considering such a thing.
