I have a pdf from the repair manual that shows how to do it. You basically remove the stuff around the steering column and access appears to be pretty easy. I haven't done this but everything else I have ever done around the dash area is just un-clipping a lot of clips and some torx head screws. The file is to big to upload, send me a PM with your email address and I will send you the file.

What's wrong with your instrument cluster, why are you sending it in for repair, and to whom are you sending it. This is an odd enough request, it would be nice to have some information.
