I’m new to my LR4, did some searching, looks like the only option is the LR wire mesh cage for a good cargo area divider, or cheaper universal one. Intent is to keep the dog in the back and off the kid in the event of a crash. I was hoping for a net/mesh type that would be easier to remove for access to the 3rd row when needed. Anyone come up with something? Thanks!

Cool, thanks! Price delivered to Canada isn’t too bad either. Held in place by the window pillars and the seat backs?

I wish I had known about this when I got the full LR mesh cargo rack! It's a PITA to remove or even tilt a little to transport longer items. However, it's great at holding back 2 100# dogs.

WeatherTech and Chewy both have one that fits in between the roof and the floor. It has screw extension legs that make for a secure fit. I have the WeatherTech one and find it very adequate. Nothing fancy, and designed for easy removal, so not totally secure, but works for me. I also like that I can move it from the LR3 to my wife's JGC. https://www.weathertech.com/pet-bar...gxrqAX_VfeHubye63StZOHK_xv7Dt6rxoCgRQQAvD_BwE

Another option, if you want more secure is to use a pet box/kennel/cage in the back. While it takes up more room, its very safe for everyone (including the dog) in the event of a crash. My dog's are all trained to 'The Box' and we find this to be a good option for longer trips and when the dog's may be in/out in muddy situations.
