Could be blow by pushing oil into the intake via the pcv system. Check the intake tract for oil residue.

That is dealing with the symptom, not dealing with the problem.

100% this is coolant and it is leaking as the pressure builds under hard acceleration onto your hot intake and the cloud is carried out the back by airflow. It happened on my LR4 I suspected the same PCV Valve, Leaky seals but when the water pump and coolant pipes finally let go and were replaced this issue also went away. I would bet you have an old style (original) water pump with the weak lines. It will fail and you will need a new pump and fixed lines. Get it done now to avoid a future tow!

Given you are losing oil likely due to combustion, worn valve stem seals are primary culprit. Second would be worn cylinder rings.

How much oil are you consuming? Billowing blue clouds would normally require quarts of oil added between changes.

Pull the spark plugs , let the vehicle sit over night . Do inspection of each cylinder spark hole for coolant residual. Metal shrinks when cold more then likely give you an indication of cylinder head is leaking .Also crank the engine when cold will push out the coolant from the spark plug threaded hole .

My son had almost the same thing with his Chevy truck. It turned out to be condensation that was dumping into the exhaust system (I forget the specifics). Simple fix.
