I recently bought an IIDTool for my 2011 LR4 and was hoping to enable a couple of features.
Namely; "mirror dip on reverse" and DRL.
I have the HSE (non LUX) version so I always assumed that "mirror dip in reversal" would never work. Flipping the setting to Active in my car did nothing. Any idea what it would take to get it working?

Same goes for DRL. I enabled it in the tool, uploaded the CCF but it had no effect.

Thanks

I too just purchased one. I've found that powerfuluk has some decent videos via YouTube on how to run through different features and lucky8 had a few on their Instagram. If anyone else has a good source please let me know.

Here's that video on DRL:

Thanks for that. Ya - I've watched a few of those lads videos. Very useful.
In the case of DRL; it seems like they were in the process of upgrading their lights to xenons. Though I'm not sure if the passenger light in that video was an original 2010 halogen or a later model (2012+) holagen. I expect the latter since he mentioned they had upgraded the bumper and grill.

Either way - doesn't get me any closer to getting DRL working on my stock 2011 lights.

I recently got an IID tool and have so far tried to disable the TPMS system. I thought I did it and the light went off for a while but now it's back. I really need a proper tutorial on how to disable/enable various things on this rolling computer of a truck.

That would be great, thank you. Properly disabling TPMS is one, as I've failed to do this already. Also if I could **** the stupid navigation distraction warning screen with the confirm button, that would be awesome. Digital speedo would be cool too. Maybe make this a sticky thread and keep adding to it?

Sidenote: it's amazing to me that bmw someone managed to figure out auto dip mirrors in the 90s(my mom's old 1999 e39 has em standard), yet land rover cant include it as standard equipment 14 years later, and makes you pay extra for it.

I'll make a tutorial tomorrow for you guys if you'd like.

Besides DRL what else would you guys want?

I'm 99% sure the mirror dip won't work without memory seats. (Module + controls)

That's awesome! Thank you so much! Just a few things for me:
- Disable Blind Spot Monitoring/cross traffic alert (this is seperate from the parking aid)
- Disable Parking sensors without disabling the cameras or the parking aid lines on the reverse camera. (tried disabling parking aid completely using the CCF...it ends up disabling the cameras.)
- Disable ECO function

Hi @iSurfvilano, I’d love to take you up on your offer belatedly. I’d like to know (haven’t tried yet) how to raise the suspension by 1-2-3 inches, the way Mud Tech’s Anitas system is supposed to, but I’ve had problems with it. Also, is there any way to lower the volume of the parking assistant? I have good hearing and it just kills my ears every time I try to fold into a tight parking slot.
