Hi All -

I'm a rover fan. Had an 89 Range Rover Sport that I took to 178k then sold to a nice guy who refurbished it for his daughter. Next have a 2008 Range Rover Sport that now needs some doctor care. Hoping this community of experts might be able to advise me on best path forward. Is it fixable or should I sell it?

Welcome to the forum. I guess it depends on what is wrong with the RRS.

my independent mechanic thought it needed new engine but he wasn't entirely sure of the issues. He is more of a porsche shop and was too busy to really give it much attention.

I'm inclined to try to find a new owner who could bring it back to life. What a good project for now (smiling through the pain of our new shut down world). Any suggestions on how to reach interested parties?

If want to sell, I would try Ebay, you could always contact Nathan in my Signature and I am sure he can assist in fixing. He is in LaGrange.
