Members - RRS 2012 one piece liftgate slow lock closes - issue is when I engage the key bob, inside liftgate console switch and outer liftgate switch the liftgate will open third of the way and closes back to soft close lock.
Note: when I manually open liftgate and set open max position, the liftgate will close from depressing close switch and returns to soft locked position.
1. replaced gas lifters
2. Greased liftgate latch
3. Checked battery voltage
still incurring same issue — will not fully engage and open - any suggestions or tips?
