Has anyone else had problems with the shaft diameter matching up with the pulley hole. I even ordered a new pulley I still can't get a 1995 pump that will fit my pulley.

I haven't heard of this being an issue before. Where did you get the parts?

I have actually bought 3. The first one evrything fit right but it was knocking so i returned it with the lifetime warranty then the one they replaced it with didn't fit so they sent a new one and samr problem. That was at Oreilly's, so I got my money back and tried Parts Geek and ordered a new pulley (from a different parts place)as well. The new pump came in and a new pulley but the pulley for the 95 disco did not fit the pump for the 95. So, I pretty consfused as to what is going on.
