An analysis of upcoming Toyotas.
Boy it looks like a great cross between the lr4 and cruiser. And he (and other videos tundra related) are talking about v6 turbo hybrid and a diesel hybrid option.

Could be a great replacement for the LR. Also says that the third row will fold flat in this model.

As a past owner of many a Land Cruiser, I can say that, historically, the renderings of what the "next" Land Cruiser will look like have almost always been way wrong.

There are also many rumblings that the next Land Cruiser will not be available in the US, or if it is, it will only be available in the Lexus variant. If I recall correctly, though, those same rumblings were present before the 200 series came out.

I think Toyota would do well to tone down the bulbous flourishes they overdid in the 00's and early '10s and go more towards a boxy shape.

If the 3rd row folds flat, that's a bad sign because that means it's gone to IRS.

Yeah I hear the tundra refresh is next. And that video I posted indicated that covid is delaying their rollout of new vehicle lines. I agree on their design needing to come back to reality. the lx predator grill is ridiculous. A084176D-1544-43F1-9AA1-195AB25E5B51.jpeg 7A1FA993-9EA3-4DD4-9616-102C34D17BB1.jpeg

After reading seemingly never ending posts on how amazingly incredibly reliable the land cruiser is on Instagram. I was curious how it was rated by somewhere impartial, so I looked it up on repair pal. I was shocked to find it was rated 2 1/2 stars vs 2 stars on the LR4! Given how much the fanboys brag up Toyota reliability and bag on Land Rover for “not making it back”, I was surprised.
