Hi everyone.
Stoked if this communication medium works for me.
I bought a brand new 2013 LR4 about seven years ago. My wife and I love the vehicle.
I have worked in finance (that is to say "I was too busy with work to do most things myself") throughout my time as an LR4 owner. I have absent-mindedly cared for the vehicle, oftentimes resorting to the dealership to both answer all my questions and tend to my problems. That said, I am "awakening" to the realty that the dealership oftentimes does not do what's best, especially when it comes to my checkbook. I replaced the battery myself a few weeks ago and the Return On Investment was exceptional!
I do not know what the hell the dealership has done to my vehicle, but my hope is to do whatever is necessary (I heard about changing out some coolant system?) currently, whilst get the vehicle on some kind of systematic routine maintenance system that I oversee.
Appreciate anybody's thoughtfulness to read this and have pity on me.
Peace,
-Mitch
