Found this plug. It's fully wired and taped back onto one of the main wire bundles that goes into the fuse box near the drivers side floor. Any idea is this was for an optional add-on? Could find the plug in the electrical book.

Is your Disco having any problems?
From RAVE it kind of looks like C0459 the main harness to door harness with the offset connector clip and eight male terminals. I can't verify the wire colors from your picture though.

The wires don’t seem long enough to reach the door connector area. I’m wondering if this is a spare connector you can cut and repair if needed?
