Well, bad news. The donor car I got most of the modules from us been scrapped. I’m trying to find another donor car, but most of the ones I come across on eBay simply say, “all we have is what’s posted.”

I’m going to keep looking, but it’s beginning to look like the LR4 suspension will stay just as it is.

Sorry, not yet...we ended up moving, so I’ve been doing that.

Unfortunately, the new house doesn’t have a garage....so, I am going to have to find some garage space to rent as I’m at 170K and the engine is stating to rattle a little more than I’d like.

I’ve got all the parts together....just need time and space......seems to be the story of my life!

Thinking about some time in the future when mine is paid off and it becomes a toy....would this project be a lot easier to do a s/c V8 swap on the '14-'16 yrs that have a s/c V6? more plug and play friendly since its basically the same engine?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the 14'-16' should be the exact same engine as the RRS supercharged. It's literally a V8, with 2 cylinders plugged and an added supercharger

Actually, the 13-18 were all 6 cylinder supercharged engines. While the blocks are virtually identical externally, internally there is significantly more internal bracing and cooling within the block. Basically, they’ve created a V6 out of a V8 block. (Hopefully the pic posts and you can see what I mean).
Of note, the NA V8 engines were rated at 375BHP, while the newer SC V6’s are rated at 300HP

I could've sworn once upon on a thread someone posted a picture of the there SC v6 stating it was indeed a V8 with 2 cylinders plugged

Not sure what (if any changes) to the block were made moving to the V6, but I believe the SCV6 was introduced in ‘14 (‘13’s were still v8), and it has 340 HP in the LR4 (not 300). In some of the jags, I think the same SCV6 was tuned up to about 380 HP.
