Hey there, I have a 2012 LR4 and it has always sat a bit lower on the front right (passenger side here in the US). I got the iLand tool from Atlantic British, and watched their video. I put in the measurements on the wheels, and that one was about a centimeter off. The system did a rise, then put back down to ride height, and then just stopped. After 10 minutes I aborted, but now I have a “suspension not in customer mode” that I can’t seem to clear. Has anyone done this? I did find one post via search that mentioned someone getting their car back from service with this warning, but can’t find anyone solving the issue with the iLand, any help is appreciated.
Cheers,
Dave

Update. I went to start the process one last time last night and the warning light was off, and suspension lifts and lowers like it is supposed to. I wish I knew why or how, but it seems to have corrected itself for the time being. I think I will play less with the iLand so I don’t screw anything up!

Dave - I had the same issue with the iland app, android version. The 3rd or 4th option in the suspension list for manufacturing mode has a selection option for normal operation - that cleared the "suspension not in customer mode" for me.

Regards,
Jon
