I am looking at buying a 2012 LR2. It has 67,000 miles. would you say they are fairly reliable? I have always wanted a LR. Any advice would be appreciate. Anything specific to look for when we look at it?
Thanks!

Buy a Car Fax to check maintenance. Regular oil and fluid changes? Read everything here....

They are not Toyota's.

I have a 2012 that we bought new, has 120K miles and it has been very reliable. I change the oil every 7K miles and keep up with other maintenance. Besides the items that will wear out in any vehicle, we had the rear crossover coolant pipe breakage and repair, replaced water pump and thermostat at the same time (105K miles). Get a good inspection done, but that is pretty low miles for a '12.

My kids have lr2's. 2008. And 2013. The units with the Volvo i6 engine I have found almost flawless. One has been across the country 4 times has 169 k miles plus and required only normal wear and tear parts. The other 2008 is totaled and only needed a rear diff bearing replacement. It also had 140 k plus . The 2013 is fairly new to them but it has been non problematic so far. I would not hesitate purchasing a unit. Watch for rust if it has been in the salt belt though. Especially at the rear of the vehicle behind wheels
