No, I did not do the thermostat.
No thermostat issues and had to draw the line somewhere...
Now that I know the tricks of that particular part of the plumbing, the thermostat would be easy enough.

How did you actually remove the front xover pipe from the block after unbolting it and removing the hoses? Mine is stuck and I don't want to break the n_ipples off in the block.

I left it alone, came back and one n_ipple pulled out easily and then the other side came out. I think there might have been suction holding it in place.
