After changing oil at Pep Boys, my 2011 Range Rover SC RPMs started going up and down same day while idling. Owned it for 10 years and never had this problem. There is sound coming out of engine every several seconds from inside the engine. Definately not metal clanking noise, more of a plastic clank. Haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary while driving.

Oil level is good
I have provided my own oil and original oil filter. Any thoughts or steps I should take with Pep boys? Spoke to Pep boys today, they said they could run diagnostics, plan to go back to the shop again tomorrow.
Thanks in advance everyone

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P010B stands for “Mass or Volume Air Flow “B” Circuit Range/Performance.” This error code is set when the powertrain control module (PCM) perceives a potential problem with the mass air flow (MAF) sensor or its circuit.

Code P0316 is triggered when your Engine Control Module (ECM) detects that the position of either your vehicle's crankshaft or camshaft is outside of its parameters, which can lead to an engine misfire upon starting

When was the last time you changed spark plugs and how many miles do you have on car now?
