Recently had the PCV valve replaced by mechanic due to LARGE plumes of white smoke, usually while climbing.
I guess he had to rev the engine a lot to get the dirt out, or sumthin... cause when I drove off, the overspeed warning (140km/hr) was on. Being in a hurry, I thought that it might reset itself after a few restarts of the ignition... my old Saab used to do this...
But, no such luck, and a few starts later, the engine light comes on and stays on, but there doesn't seem to be anything "wrong" when driving. I will take it back to the mechanic soon but thought that maybe someone has an idea of 1) why the overspeed warning note staying on... I would read the manual but it is in Spanish, so I really should download the English version, but so far the only one I have found, is a pay for receiving... I will pay but only after I have exhausted my searches. thanks!
