Hello from Louisiana! 2006 LR3 164k miles. So the struts and pump (amk) replaced in 2014. Here's what happened. I parked it for a couple days ended up with a flat tire from a screw. Jacked up the back right to plug and air up the tire easier. I started the vehicle to run the 12v air pump for tire at that moment the suspension went flat to bump stops at this time I had Johnson rods installed. Haven't been able to get it back since It was showing faulty height sensors at local dealership when I had code read. So I replaced all 4 of them even replaced stock height sensor arms. I thought it might be valve block or pressure sensor. I replaced middle valve block. I think the system might have a leak before because the air pump did come on almost every time I started it. Any help is appreciated! Here are the codes Im getting on iid tool ... The air pump does come on and then I get fault immediately . Could this be a cross articulation or miss calibration of the height sensors? I feel like the answer is simple I'm just not familiar with land Rover at all.

You're on track thinking sensor calibration. When you have lift rods and drop to the bumpstops it will not pump back up because the sensors are out of range. You have to jack the truck up with a jack and then you can recalibrate and it will start filling up. I went through this about six months ago. I'm inclined to get that kit that stops you from dropping to the bumpstops. Just haven't decided what my long term goal is regarding the LR3 vs something newer.

I didn't disconnect anything, I jacked both ends and if I remember correctly it started pressurizing and stabilized and I ran the calibration with the Nanocom.
