Wow, shocked at how a little mazda flips this defender.

People are talking about how well it was built, but getting flippled by a miata isn't something I'd be bragging about.

“A blue Mazda CX-5 is in lane 2 and is about to miss the 5th lane exit. He abruptly cuts in front of a truck from lane 2 with almost zero notice - clipping a New Defender in lane 4 & sending it rolling at least 6 times!”

It’s not an mx5/miata. But still. Crazy roll. A highway speed elk test…

Looked like a hard high speed PIT maneuver, honestly not surprised it flipped. Also CX-5 != MX-5, so there's a lot more force in the impact.

High center of gravity is a *****. This is why they say to steer straight if you're going off the road.

Not sure if our LR4s would be in such good shape after rolling 6 times.

Not surprised. Even tho it was a CX5 I bet an MX5 could do it too. Anything hit with that type of force and direct axle to axle contact going 80mph is going to roll. Plus the defenders skinnier wheels and high center of gravity don’t help it once one side is off the ground.

Wow, I only ever saw this in a small screen and thought it was the lane changing vehicle that rolled, didn't see the Defender making the right pass on the Semi.

This is legal in some states though. Arizona it is legal to pass on the right if there are more than 2 lanes, such as this clip.

Not sure about the laws on where this was filmed though.
