The Clover Rover is earning her keep today. Spring cleaning, clearing out the garage and stacking it in storage. Fold flat seats are amazing. Tall cabin too. I can load it completely and the process for doing so never seems tortured or awkward. Everything just slides in. This is the first of what is six or seven loads, so far. The wife has a problem, she thinks everything we have ever bought or the kids have touched is a "keepsake". I rented an 8'x20' storage unit and the ceiling must be 15' high. I'm stacking boxes to the rafters. I'll follow up with a pic just for reference. But, again, this is one of those times when the LR4 really shines.

So here is the storage unit after 10 or so loads. Luckily, I only live a few blocks from the storage place. I won't show you what is still in my garage, but leave it to say that I am about half-done emptying it out. This isn't my first rodeo when it comes to this exercise in futility. I empty out my garage so I can use it for a while and then I get tired of paying for storage and it all comes back. I should be making a dump run instead and then keep on driving. ;)

That's insane. If you are putting it in a storage locker then frankly you don't need it. Glad the LR4 is helping you shuttle stuff around.

I hear ya brother, totally agree.

I had a few heavy loads and the truck seems to like them. Those annoying first two gears actually become useful and the ride seems more grounded.
