    Thank you for your response. After 10 mins, the result is the same. I did notice the blue and brown wires on the negative earth ground terminal appear slightly melted. Not sure if that has any bearing on the power for the radio.

    Is there a port (or fitting) to check to the existence of fuel and/or fuel pressure? I am also trying to diagnose it with In Car Doc Pro to check fuel pressures.
