Get window tint or keep factory painted glass "as-is"?
Not sure about UV protection from the factory, but the front two windows are 70% Variable Light Transmission (VLT), and everything in the back is 15-20%. I would estimate the sunroof glass to be about the same as the rear windows. Hopefully this helps you. The UV protection from the roof glass...- bushway9172

That guy was pretty stuck, so he needed more than just a light tug. With the right recovery equipment, a proper snatch like that is no problem. I used a designated snatch strap which is made to take an impact like that. Smittybilt and ARB make great ones. That paired with good quality D-ring...- bushway9172

Check out the Johnson Rod thread, where the topic has been recently discussed. As Finlay said, as long as you get an alignment you should be fine. I have Johnson Rods on full-time with zero issues or complaints. I drive the LR4 daily, with a mix of city and highway driving. Good luck.- bushway9172

Lift Kit Anyone?
Milehigh- They are custom-drilled 18x9.0 blanks. I had the work professionally done so I couldn't tell you off the top of my head, but according to the MHT Wheels (Fuel Offroad) website, the offset is 20 and the backspacing is 5.75.- bushway9172

Johnson Rods Full Time on LR4?
I think the rods are fine honestly. Of course your center of gravity shifts, but I don't think anyone buys an LR4 to drift around corners. It sure handles a lot better than the 2007 Tahoe I had with a 2.5" front and 1" rear leveling kit. I have never once felt unstable going around a corner with...- bushway9172
