DRL's and GAP tool - 2012 LR4
I have been to the dealer (different ones) and have asked them to turn on the DRL's for me - they say they cannot do it, or are afraid to do it. Some say they need to download a file, then they get the file and it is too complicated...not sure what that is all about. I know these trucks were... -

2012 LR4 Whining in steering wheel (inside the cabin)

2012 LR4 - Ticking saga...
So I have owned 3 Rovers with the 5.0 motor...none have been as noisy as this one...rhythmic tic, tic, tic varying in speed with the RPM's. Have had the timing chains done to take that out of the equation...not much change in the tick. Trying to get information on the fuel pump cam follower... -

01 Disco Exhaust Leak
So I think I have found my exhaust leak on the downpipes. It is leaking at the welds (mainly on the passenger side) to the plate that holds the studs for the y-downpipe. I can see black exhaust residue in the area. A new y-pipe (oem) is like $1500 with cats which I don't need. I have 189,000... -

01 Disco rattling sunroof
So I have a sunroof that is rattling over bumps when open where as is never did this before...anyone know what would cause this? If you grab ahold of it and shake it, it does not seem loose but hard to tell. It is usually pretty quiet when open but of late the rattling is getting bad... -

Small leak between tranny and oil pan...01 Disco

Engine Knocking 2001 Disco II
So I have a 01 Disco II with 175k miles on it - have replaced the MAF, the wires, the plugs, the heads and still get a slight knock on accleration with 93 octane. Any ideas? What are the odds the knock sensors are bad? (never heard of anyone mentioning them before. Thanks - -

Folding Mirrors?
Does anyone have power folding mirrors on their LR4 - I read of this in the owners manual about holding down both L&R buttons - but does nothing on mine - I have every option but the block heater also - -

LR4 Steering Wheel off center to the right -
Does anyone have this issue - going down the road the steering wheel is tilted a little bit to the right - kinda of annoying. I am not sure if they do this on purpose for parts to wear in and it comes back to the center on its own sometime down the road? Or should I have the dealer address... -
