Suspension relief valve

No parking brake, no faults
Went to apply parking brake and nothing happens. No noise from actuator no light on dash. Checked fuses, both ok. It simply does nothing. No faults at all. Switch?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Terrible audio
