'08 RR 19" Wheels on '08 LR3 - Question

Hello crew -

I'm new on this forum, and I've really enjoyed all the useful info posted on it

I found a set of stock wheels for sale from a '08 Range Rover Sport size 19D, 9W, 5 - 120, 53mm offset and I wonder if they will fit without modification on my '08 LR3?

If they fit my plan is to have a set of all season tires with wheels the other one with winter tires.

I'll appreciate your advise -
