This is the perfect time to swap over to dexcool, which is available every where.

The procedure:
1: Remove lower thermostat hose from radiator
- Catch coolant with a pan
2: Replace hose
3: Fill with water through expansion tank
4: Start truck and run highest heat in front and rear for 10-15 mins
5: Turn truck off, let sit for 10-15 to cool down
6: Repeat steps 1-5 until water is absolutely clear.
7: Once deemed completely clear water, repeat steps 1 and 2
8: Use a radiator vacuum fill to vacuum and hold pressure for 15 mins
9: Fill with 1 gallon pure concentrated to mix with the retained water and fill the rest with premixed coolant
10: Bleed the air out! Most important step. Burp out the rest of air.
