I'm back with more questions! (Thank you to those who have been so helpful already in these early days of my LR journey). I've been digging around through this and other forums and haven't quite found exactly these conditions, but I did get some ideas of what to potentially look into.

I'm trying to diagnose two separate vibrations I'm getting from the truck before I try to get anything repaired. I'll try to describe them as best I can. I do have a GAP tool now and am learning to use it properly but if you have any suggestions on things to monitor with it specifically based on these descriptions, I'm all ears! beyond these described conditions the truck drives very smoothly, has no leaks, no CELs or codes, no peculiar noises or smells either.

Vibration #1:
Conditions: It occurs when slowly releasing the brake from a full stop, or if I partially release the brake in stop-and-go traffic. It will also occur if coming to a complete stop just before full braking. Beyond say 2-3mph or with any application of the gas pedal it completely disappears.
What it feels like: It feels almost like a pulsing, surging motion though I can't quite pinpoint yet where it is felt the strongest. This is making me think it's something in the braking system but I can't be sure as of yet.
Some Extra Details: I know the truck had all the brake pads replaced at the same time in August of last year (prior to my purchase) but I don't know the history or full condition of the rotors. I'm partially thinking it has to do with the brakes as I also get a pretty significant squeal from the brakes when braking in reverse. If it's not braking-related, does what I described make you think of anything else to look into?

Vibration #2:
Conditions: It occurs only between 20-30mph with approximately 70-80%+ throttle, especially noticeable if accelerating up a hill. Beyond 30mph it completely disappears. If accelerating slowly past 30mph I don't really feel it either.
What it feels like: It feels like a pretty noticeable vibration / shaking in the center of the vehicle, it does not "shake" the steering wheel but you can technically feel it in the wheel too. As noted, it's completely gone beyond 30mph.
Some Extra Details: After purchasing the truck last month during some of the repairs I had done I replaced both the motor and transmission mounts and have changed the oil, and flushed both the transfer case and diffs and replaced their fluid. The vibration was occurring before this service and was not worsened or improved after having done so. Some top of mind thoughts are that it could be wheel / tire related potentially? The front two tires were replaced last year and are still in new condition, the rear two tires are both at 8/32 on wear. Could also possibly be transmission related? Perhaps flushing and replacing the fluid would help? I don't have history of transmission service unfortunately. Potentially differential related? Could be old spark plugs causing a slight misfire?

Thank you for all your help as I try to figure this out!

Vibration 1... my guess... pad material on the disks.
Vibration 2... that can be a mess of things from a motor mount, to a drive shaft u-joint gasket, to a PTU that is wearing or needs a fluid change.. Seems you already attacked the typical culprits. Sorry. Need more information.

But I think you can rule out a transmission issue as those typically present themselves as clunky shifting. Maybe a mount...

I perform the standard transmission fluid change (as per ZF instructions) on a regular schedule (just like the diffs, etc)
Out of interest... when was your last alignment? How many miles on the vehicle?

And I don't know why I'm responding to @Abram ... the guy that suggests he needs to go back to another vehicle ;-)

Haha I'm still learning as I go here!

Regarding Vibration #2: I've no history on the alignment of the truck and haven't had it done yet since purchasing a month ago. I was going to wait until I replace the wheels and tires with an 18" option and all new tires (which I'm intending to do within the next month or so). Mileage as it sits today is 142,*** and the truck had a rebuilt engine at 95k.

i would also carefully inspect the front lower control arm bushings. before i replace our LCAs, they would give a vibration/shutter similar to warped brake rotors.

Re vibration 2: My only other suggestion is the transmission heat shield. It’s a known issue - happens right at about 1280 RPMs under load and you can only really notice it when you are going pretty slow. You can usually hear it more than feel it though (although I can feel it a bit) - kind of a metallic sound. You can test for it by just getting under the car with a mallet and banging on the transmission heat shield a bit - it will start to rattle or “ring.” If that’s your problem it’s an easy repair - remove the shield and the bracket is right underneath. If you have a welder, I’d even suggest welding it up with some extra metal.

Ah - just noticed after writing this that you have the 2012. Not sure if this was a problem on the 2012s. I’ve only heard about it on the 2014+ models.

Some interesting things in that thread but they all seemed to be at higher speeds. Mine is very distinctly at low speed only in the 20-30mph range and only if reaching that range with moderate+ acceleration.

I do use the parking brake every time I park though so that could be related? I’m starting to lean towards the lower control arms though, it seems like that could be a candidate.

Every rotating component in a vehicle that is out of balance, generates a frequency.
When I was a Ford tech, we used this to identify where the vibration came from.

Maybe use an app like this..
