2012 RRFF SC engine knock

Hey guys, I'm new to this thread. I hope I posted in the right place. I have a 2012 5.0 sc that is making a knocking noise on a warm restart. It does it at random. Two Land Rover specialty shops have said its possibly the timing chains or catastrophic engine failure/low oil in the lower engine area. I have done an oil change every 5k and the noise persists.

That is the sound of a $7000-$8000 fix sadly. Get it done sooner rather than a $25000-$30000 engine replacement.
