2014 RR HSE SCV6- Deal?

i found a 2014 RR HSE V6 (38k miles- $50k) for what looks like a good deal. Hesitant due to carfax history. Wonder if anyone can weigh in-

2/25/15- left front accident reported

10/15/15- (17,600 miles) tires replaced

10/20/15- (17,700 miles) Automatic Transmission Serviced

Auto Trans Pan Gasket Replaced

11/30/16- (25k miles) tires replaced

2/27/18 - (34,800 miles)- oil pan gasket replaced

6/16/18- (36,800 miles) tires replaced

there are a lot of Range Rover Sports out there. Myself, I would not by an accident car. Also not sure about the oil pan gasket replacement if it is common or rare. That thing looks like it is being passed around like a hot potato - clearly something was not 100% right after the accident. I'd pass on it unless you are inclined to do your own work if something is wrong...

Yeah plenty of others out there, I would pass on this one as something just doesn't seem right about it.
