I have 39,000 miles and have a bad oxygen sensor,dealer says not covered under emissions warranty?True?

I would check the warranty book provided when you purchased the vehicle. Is your RR still under factory warranty coverage by the in service date? its sure under millage wise.
I never had any issues with the sensors on my 2014 evoque. Or call another LR dealer and check with them.
