2015 LR4 Puddle Lamp issue

Hi LR4-ers, I have a question: 2015 LR4 HSE. Puddle lamps come on when vehicle unlocked. BUT.... they do not come on when doors are opened getting in and out of vehicle.

Any ideas smart folks?

That is correct as there is another light in the bottom of each door that will illuminate the area. The puddle light is to illuminate the area before you get to the vehicle.

if you want you can put brighter led lamps in the under door fixtures
