Anyone Port a 5.0 Intake?

So this week I've torn into my LR4 to do the coolant cross over pipes/water pump/etc. and noticed the amount of material that could be removed from the intake ports. Just curious if anyone here has ever port matched an intake on their LR4 (and if so was it worth it at all)?
(Apologies if this has been addressed in other thread, but my search turned up nothing related to this topic)

I could be mistaken, though I was under the impression that porting (and polishing) is generally done to get more top-end power. The AJ133 LR 5.0 V8 is direct injected, Dual Overhead Cam and makes pretty great top-end, if anything I would want more low-end torque in the power band.

I doubt you would hurt anything by porting the intake manifold, also not sure it will give you significant power gains?
