Don't put them on if you are planning any off roading or they will get torn off.

From those pics, its hard to tell how well engineered they are to withstanding abuse. Looks as if they hang down a bit lower than the rockers, so you'll lose some clearance. Otherwise, they don't look bad and are far cheaper than some sliders.
