I am sure that, one way or another, remote controlled cars are in our future, but I have trouble believing Land Rover would get the green light from DOT here in North America for something like this any time soon, when they cannot even get approval for remotely closing all open windows on the current cars... Can you picture your mom or dad trying to remote control a car using a smartphone? I don't want to be anywhere near.

Umberto, you are so right! Both of my parents have Teslas but THANK GOD they already have them and not the new versions that will be able to drive themselves, LOL. As it is, I get weekly calls asking about how to work their iPhones...
