Blower motor

06 RR sport, blower motor only worked erratically and now has quit altogether. Also only the passenger side of the vents blow hot air. Drivers side is only lukewarm or cold. Any help?

Moved to RR section for better response.

Could be the fan itself or the control module. I would test the fan first as it is easier to get to.
