Bluetooth Phone Issues

Anyone having bluetooth issues. Mine has been in 6-7 times and now they say they have no solution. There is a Bulletin SSM 74446 but they won't give me a copy.

The constant dropping of calls is driving me crazy.

Did you have the 19A Infotainment update done?
There is a known issue with earlier D5 and the update.
Mine had to be re flashed 3-4x before everything was functional.
There have also been rumors about that the 19A update can make the BT issues significantly worse, in 2017 and 2018 models.
