I'm looking to buy a used LR3- I've found one but I'm apprehensive about making the purchase. I'm taking the LR3 to the mechanic this weekend but any words of advice for a first time Land Rover prospective buyer? Is the following a good idea/worth it:

Dealer's Price: $14,400
Mileage: 83,136 miles
Engine: V8
Drivetrain: Four-Wheel Drive
Major Options: Leather Seats, Sunroof/Moonroof, Navigation System, Alloy Wheels, Tow Package, Climate Package

Its only had 3 owners, 1 of which was a fleet/lease but the dealer said it was probably a lease turned into ownership. No accident records.
I'm guessing at 83k miles I'll need to put in a new timing belt soon, and possibly new tires based on appearance. Can anyone tell me some price ranges on those? I've done a timing belt on my previous car and it was around $700.
