I'm looking to buy a used LR3- I've found one but I'm apprehensive about making the purchase. I'm taking the LR3 to the mechanic this weekend but any words of advice for a first time Land Rover prospective buyer? Is the following a good idea/worth it:

    2008 Land Rover LR3 HSE
    Dealer's Price: $14,400
    Mileage: 83,136 miles
    Engine: V8
    Drivetrain: Four-Wheel Drive
Major Options: Leather Seats, Sunroof/Moonroof, Navigation System, Alloy Wheels, Tow Package, Climate Package
HSE Package with Cold Climate Package Navigation System 3rd Row Seats Leather Seats Sunroof Tow Package / Trailer Hitch Heated Seats Cooler Box / Center Console Refrigerator Second Row Heated Seats Premium Harmon Kardon Sound System Folding Rear Seats Front and Rear Backup Sonar System Cruise Control Rear Sky Lights Tilt Steering Wheel Rear Audio AUX Input Factory Black Alloy Wheels Fog Lights AM/FM In-Dash CD Changer with XM / Satellite Radio Power Seats Rear Cargo Cover Rear Sky Lights Projection Xenon Headlights Factory Anti-Theft System.
Its only had 3 owners, 1 of which was a fleet/lease but the dealer said it was probably a lease turned into ownership. No accident records.

I'm guessing at 83k miles I'll need to put in a new timing belt soon, and possibly new tires based on appearance. Can anyone tell me some price ranges on those? I've done a timing belt on my previous car and it was around $700.
